About these terms
These terms cover the Spendarc.ai app and supporting service operated by Tyfora, the parent company of Spendarc.ai. Last updated: October 5, 2026. Questions: info@tyfora.com or +1 (832) 865-0076. By using Spendarc.ai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use only accounts and information you are authorized to access. You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms or appropriate parent/guardian authorization. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized account use.
What Spendarc.ai provides
Spendarc.ai provides recordkeeping, budgets, goals, reminders, shared expense records and automated explanations or estimates. Recording a payment, debt, instalment or committee contribution in Spendarc.ai does not move money, make a bank transfer, extend credit or guarantee a payment. Spendarc.ai is not your bank, lender, broker, tax adviser or investment adviser.
Financial summaries, affordability estimates, forecasts, OCR and speech recognition can be incomplete or incorrect. Review imported and automatically added records, dates, currencies and amounts. Use your bank statements and original documents to verify important decisions. Suggestions are informational and are not professional financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
Optional features and sharing
Camera, speech, notifications and personalization depend on your choices, permissions, device support and service availability. You can use available manual entry features when optional access is declined. Background delivery and reminder timing are not guaranteed.
Share household records and reports only with appropriate authorization. Other members may retain historical shared records or their own copies. Spendarc.ai does not resolve private debts or disputes between members.
Acceptable use and your content
You retain your rights in information you submit. You authorize Spendarc.ai and its service providers to process it as needed to provide the features you use, consistent with the Privacy Policy. Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, abuse the service or interfere with its operation. Spendarc.ai’s software and original branding remain the property of their respective owners; applicable open-source licences continue to apply.
Availability, charges and changes
The service may change or be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, third-party services or faults. Keep independent copies of records you need. Any future paid features, prices, renewal rules and cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase, with the applicable payment and app-store rules. Recording an outside subscription in Spendarc.ai does not subscribe you to or cancel that service.
Material changes to these terms will be communicated appropriately with an updated date. Changes will not remove rights you already have under mandatory consumer law.
Ending use and account deletion
You can stop using Spendarc.ai and request deletion using Settings → Privacy & account or our external deletion instructions. Uninstalling alone does not delete server records. Contact info@tyfora.com if shared-record constraints prevent self-service deletion.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address security threats, unlawful use or material violations of these terms. Where practical and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and how to contact us about it. Retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
Responsibility and legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Spendarc.ai is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted service, error-free calculations or a particular financial outcome. You are responsible for reviewing your records and decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable rights concerning fraud or other mandatory protections.
Contact info@tyfora.com to discuss a concern or dispute. Mandatory laws and consumer protections applicable to you remain in effect; these terms do not require you to waive them or use binding arbitration.
